Outbound Program Coordinator (part time)

Did you love your time as an Au Pair and want to share it with others? If so, then you may be interested to learn that Au Pair in America is on the hunt for a new Program Coordinator to join its Sydney team.

Your role will be to assist in the recruitment, screening and administration of Au Pairs applying for Au Pair in America or our other global au pair options. Based in our centre near Hyde Park your job will include:

  • Reviewing applications
  • Processing applicants throughout each stage of their application
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Maintaining a weekly statistics report on application numbers and targets
  • Other administrative tasks

In addition to a passion for all things Au Pair, you will be a positive, go-getter who enjoys working in a multi-facet role.

Ideally you will possess:

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • MS Office – particularly Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible, friendly team-player with good interpersonal skills
  • Keenness to help with additional tasks when required

Also highly desirable:

  • Marketing, social media, advertising, events and/or creative media skills

This position with be 18 hours per week and will be based at the Sydney head office of Au Pair in America and will start immediately.
