Inbound Coordinator (Full time) 

Are you passionate about travel and helping others? Do you know where the Olgas are located, or can pinpoint Griffith on a map? 

AIFS, one of the largest global cultural exchange companies, is hiring for our Work & Travel Australia program! Work & Travel Australia brings young people from Europe, the UK and US to Australia on a working holiday visa and assists them while them from the moment they arrive. Your role will include coordinating arrival groups, helping new arrivals get set up, and assisting our travellers get the the best travel deals.

Ideally you will have:

  • Prior face-to-face customer service/sales experience

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Travelled the east coast of Australia (or have a good working knowledge), and possess a good knowledge of key Australian youth travel destinations

  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

  • Enjoy speaking in front of small groups 

  • Excellent computer skills

  • German speakers preferred but not essential
